När Juliana & Matthieu kontaktade mig, bodde dem i Norge, skulle gifta sig i Frankrike och Brasilien och behövde en fotograf med internationell erfarenhet. Hon sa: ”Vi litar på dig, gör som du tycker är bäst”. Dessa ord är allt en fotograf kan önska sig, dock de kan också bli ett riktigt problem. Ett stort problem när du måste designa deras bok och inte kan välja ”bara” de bilderna som ska vara med i deras bröllopsbok, du har för många favoriter! ♥

Att fotografera i mörkret är en av de största utmaningar för oss bröllopsfotografer. Så klart kan man ta med sina blixtrar och ”blixtra” överallt, dock då är det faran att bilderna blir för platta och att bakgrunden försvinner.

Igår fotade jag detta fina brudpar, som ville gärna ha Fåfängas fina utsikt-by-night på sina bilder. Vi tog med oss alla ljuskällor vi kunde tänka oss använda och kom till platsen en timme innan vi skulle träffa paret för deras parbilder. Efter lite funderingar, kom vi på att vår lilla videolampa var vårt bästa alternativ. Blixten fick stanna kvar i bilen och hela kvällen fotograferades med de befintliga ljuskällor och denna lampa!

I guess this is the first year I post wedding pictures such a long time after a wedding.

I was trying to figure out why I’m doing that just this year and the answer that came to my mind was pretty simple: this is the year where I’ve had the most beautiful pictures of my life. With that being said, no wonder it has taken me so long to choose my favorites from thousands of pictures I’ve shown my couples.

With Anki and James, it was the same story: too much to be told, too much to be shown, too much looooove.

This is the longest slideshow so far and I hope that you will sit back and relax while you see what I’ve seen on this beautiful wedding day in the countryside of Sweden.

Let’s see if you are able to see my little assistent, that followed my steps and was responsible for shooting details from different angles and couple shots of the younges members of the guest list. You will also be able to see the place where my camera hit her head when she was shooting next to me. I hope you see that even though I gave her a super bump on her head, she was still smiling to me and said she could be my friend anyways.

Anki and James walked down the isle towards their bright future togehter dancing to one of their favorite songs. Can you see that? I bet you can see the whole bridal party dancing ”vogue” for me while we were taking their group shots. What about James’ loving looks to Anki in church, or the kids trying not to get bored, or even one of their bestmen taking all the ”photo-booth” pictures with the polaroid they had gotten for the wedding? You wouldn’t want to miss the wonderfu strawberry cake Anki’s dad baked for them! All by himself! That’s really love!

Though the most amazing thing I have to show you is that Anki’s ring fit EXACTLY inside Jame’s ring. Is that incredible? Can you find that picture? I told them that this is a certain sign that they are really made for each other!:-) While I kept screaming to every single guest at the wedding: ”can you believe that their rings fit inside each other??”

And then in the end I hope you will see your own smile when you will have witnessed one more beautiful love story I’m proud to have been a part of.

Nu när hösten närmar sig börjar man fundera på att åka bort till varmare länder. Så varför inte gifta sig i varmare länder?

Cristin & Derek planerade sitt bröllop i Toscana hela vägen från USA och tack vore duktiga bröllopskordinator, gick allt alldeles utmärkt.
