Juliana Wiklund/morethanwords.se-Bröllop i vackra Vaxholm!
Cloudy weather. The best for wedding photography!
We were so happy we would be able to shoot outdoors, as our scenery was the beautiful Waxholm area in the Swedish Archipelago.
Therese and Erik had met in high school when they were sixteen and then ten years later, they had become a couple. Love was so strong that it even brought them the cutest daughter, who was also present in their beautiful ceremony in Waxholm church. It was very interesting to learn that in Waxholm church, the photographers are not allowed anywhere near the altar or the couple, so for the first time I couldn’t hide as I usually do, and had to stand, sit and crawl only on the aisle. To my surprise, my plan B and C (plans that are in my reserve pocket just for such cases) worked better than planned and I could capture everything that was important during the ceremony, even though I wasn’t allowed to move. Two cameras at hand and four lenses all around on the floor were all I needed.
The funniest part was that I had instructed the couple to kiss even though the priest didn’t say anything (common in Swedish ceremonies), and then after they had spontaneously kissed, the priest told them that NOW they could kiss, so we got to have many beautiful and fun kiss-pictures!
